My "New Business Model: I Take the Risk, You Share the Profit" has met it's first challenge: "How to Split the Spoils," or in a more modern politically correct phrase, "How to Share Profits Equitably."
I presented the idea to current client this morning and in a matter of a few minutes came to conclusion its a great idea for the both of us, but implementation would have its challenges.

Something for nothing? Not really. Although almost every small enterprise wants to have a presence on the Internet as a source of additional company income, those same enterprises are the most likely to find it extremely difficult to find the required resources to successfully accomplish that goal.Instead of the client paying for Site development and maintenance, why not the developer and then, if there are sales, the client paying the developer?
